Ashley Day MNAEA MARLA
Director

Ashley founded the company in 2011 after many years in the industry and has managed to build a small start-up agency to a multi-award winning high street agent. Looking after his customers is number one main goal and he is always on call to answer any questions. In his spare time he enjoys playing squash and walking the welsh mountains

James Hughes
Senior Associate

James joined in 2016 so is now part of the furniture. James carries out property viewings and valuations on our sales and lettings properties so if you are looking to sell or let your property in Bristol then James is your man. James has property in blood starting helping his family property business from the age 8. In his spare time James is a member of a boxing club and recently took part in a charity bout in which he was victorious!

Agnieszka Nedzik MSc
Property Manager

Originally from Poland and with a degree in economics and a masters degree in real estate management Agnieszka is a real asset to the team. Agnieszka started as a negotiator but has now become our property manager making sure all of our 200+ fully managed properties are well maintained and compliant. In her spare time she loves to read, travel and is a very competent snow boarder!

Jessica Oliver
Office Manager

Jessica joined in August 2018 and has made herself a real asset to the team with her great organisation and a passion for making our tenants home moves as smooth as possible. Jessica is our office manager of making sure all tenant references run smoothly, drawing up tenancy agreements and making sure the properties meet the safety requirements. Jessica’s hobbies include going to the gym, shopping and she loves travelling. An interesting fact about Jess is that she can write with both hands so we think she should do double the work.

Lydia Hulcoop
Associate

Lydia joined the BPC family in August 2020 after working 6 years in Retail…poor her. Lydia is an excellent communicator and loves chatting to clients about their property needs. Her day to day role is to let and sell the properties we are advertising so if you’re looking for a viewing you’ll be sure to see Lydia. In her spare time she enjoys countryside walks, eating out and travelling. She recently spent 6 weeks traveling around Australia.
