On the 13th May, the Government announced that it had relaxed restrictions for the property market in England. So people wishing to move home can do so. It also means that Estate agents can now visit your home in order to take photos and videos, and prospective buyers and tenants are able to view your property and removals companies have been given the green light to facilitate home moves again. However, this is not a return to normal and many social distancing guidelines need to be adhered to for everyone’s safety. To maximise your safety during the COVID 19 pandemic please rest assured we are taking every precaution. It’s now possible for Bristol Property Centre to arrange viewings of our properties for interested customers so if you are interested please do call  0117 9073577 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Viewing a Property

Viewings must only take place with serious buyers/tenants who are genuinely interested in the property. Please watch our guidance video below for more information

Video tours – most properties now have a detailed video tour enabling you to have a walkthrough of the property and see the rooms clearly. You can then watch and ask us any and all questions if the property is of interest.

Remote viewings are now available for the majority of our properties, these can be arranged via Skype, Zoom, Facetime or other as per your needs. These are an excellent way of determining whether a property is suitable for you.

Physical viewings are possible, but only two people are permitted, from the same household. Before a viewing, we will arrive early and perform a deep clean of all high touch surfaces and areas and we will open all doors & windows so you won’t need to touch anything and fresh air will be flowing freely. Everyone involved must wash or sanitise their hands prior to the viewing and try to avoid touching surfaces where possible.

The above also applies where we, the Agent will come to perform any valuations for your property if you are looking to sell.

Buying a property

Conveyancers can now carry out valuations and buyers who are interested in a property can now arrange surveys, and arrange for tradespersons to carry out inspections, but only by one person at any one time. If the property is occupied by someone self-isolating this isn’t possible.

Any question at all please don’t hesitate to ask, we are here to help.
